Hi! My name is Kaja Demuth, and I’m a Change Manager and Systemic Business Coach.
My work is grounded in a degree in International Business and over 15 years of hands-on experience in lean management, aviation, and HR – including 9 years in leadership roles. And here’s what I’ve learned: tools and standards alone don’t create change. People do.
That’s why I don’t work with templates, but with mindset, structure, and real curiosity.
I support people in creating clarity, working through resistance, and embedding change in a way that lasts.
